As for No2, my ideal therapists are as follows;
* Having knowledge not only ABA but also other methods.
* Having knowledge and understanding of major Japanese therapy that utilize short hours per week.
* loving a child with special needs as one person.
* Being able to offer many different types of methods appropriate for each children.
* Being able to become a good counselor for parents.
* Trying their best to offer the therapy which the parent want for their children. (Even if that was Japanese style therapy)

In the Philippines, I met a supervisor and the therapists with more than 2 years of experience and asked them to provide therapy for Taro, my son. As you know, there are the early intervention centers with many years of success in the Philippines.
I do not agree with Japanese style ABA, and I believe that PAC is the best for Taro since he progressed through the therapy provided by PAC.
At the same time, I found out the other kinds of ABA methods through my research before I found PAC. I made a contact with the professors of Japanese universities who are recognized highly in early intervention, and the therapists working for my company will have a study group periodically with these people and share information and opinions.
